Firetech Hero Firefighter Suit is used to protect firefighting personnel from the negative effects of water, flame and heat that occur during fire extinguishing operations. It has an EC Type Examination Certificate according to the PPE regulation (EU) 2016/425 and carries the CE mark. It is produced in accordance with the "EN 469: 2020 SOLAS (MED) Protective clothing for firefighters - Performance rules for protective clothing used in firefighting" standard. It is produced in accordance with the EN 1149-5:2018 "Protective clothing - Electrostatic properties" standard. Designed as a jacket and trousers, the firefighter suit is specially designed for firefighters and employees exposed to heat and flame and is safe and comfortable.

The firefighter suit consists of two parts, a jacket and trousers, and has a design that facilitates mobility. • It has four floors.

• Reflectors: 50 mm thick yellow-silver-yellow high visibility flame retardant.

• Outer Layer: 75% meta-aramid + 23% para-aramid + 2% antistatic fiber. (210 g/m²) 4 Layers.

• Moisture Barrier: 100% Aramid non-woven fabric, PU membrane laminated (160 g/m²)

• Thermal Barrier: 100% Aramid non-woven fabric. (150 g/m²) • Inner Layer: Aramid, Viscose FR. (115g/m²)

DESIGN

It is designed in the form of jackets and trousers completely in accordance with European standards.

• Employee comfort is ensured with the quilted inner lining.

• The outer layer of the dress is an antistatic, high-strength fabric with water and oil repellent properties.

• The outer layer fabric provides a stylish appearance with its rip-stop weaving shape.

• The cuff has a meta aramid knit bracelet.

• The cuff and neck part have adjustable, flame retardant velcro.

• There is an additional piece under the armpits that increases mobility.

• There is flame retardant velcro for the name tag on the right chest.

• All sewing threads used on the Firefighter Suit are 100% Aramid.

• Reflectors are 50 mm thick, yellow-silver-yellow, high visibility, non-flammable.

• There are double reflective strips on the jacket, arms and body.

• Zippers are of high quality, metal teeth, flame retardant, panic type.

• There is a velcro placket made of outer layer fabric that covers the zipper.

There are flap pockets on both sides of the jacket skirt, a radio pocket on the left chest and a hook for a flashlight.

• There are metal hooks on the left pocket to hang gloves.

• There are elastic trouser hangers that do not disturb the personnel.

• The trousers are designed with velcro, elastic and suspenders and are ergonomic.

• Certificate information is available on the label inside the dress.

• There is a very explanatory user manual accompanying the dress.
